Me, at 19, adjusting an assembly on the cutting edge 777X Horizontal Build Line Project which we contracted through Boeing. Among other duties, I worked with Siemens PLC to validate positional data, ensure soft limits of travel, troubleshooted wiring issues, and made precise adjustments on hundreds of these mechanical stanchions, as seen above, which raise and lower the 777X wings in the air.

I also worked as a Laser Tracker Technician - using a Leica AT 402 Laser Tracker, my job was to precisely locate (within .015”) where to install the 14,000 anchors needed for this project. Above, a glimpse at the entire 777X HBL project reveals how many stanchions and machines would be attached to the anchors.

Above, another angle of one of the many layouts in our project. Note the machines that are holding the yellow flags / receivers, these stanchions are what I tuned, assembled, and adjusted for months as an Assembly Technician.

I now work as a technician for Texas Van Co, where I work closely with the owner to design, construct and modify custom designed camper vans. We work from the ground up, and as such, my roles are very multidisciplinary, including managing water & gas components, electrical systems, cabinetry, and mechanical assemblies. Additionally, I have taken on the role of new employee training, as well as video editing for marketing purposes, which led to my promotion within the first two weeks.
